Aspen Dental

I’m not usually the type to leave reviews, but I chose aspen dental simply because it was closer to my new home & I will confidently say that I will recommend this office to anyone that ever asks! The staff is all very nice and professional. There is an assistant there that immediately made me feel comfortable and I real life wish we could be friends because that’s how awesome she was! If I could give her 10 stars I would and I wish I knew her name! My overall experience here is great, my outlook on oral health have increased because of the staff here at aspen dental!

I have been going to Aspen Dental in Highland for a year now.
The staff is always courteous and very pleasant... they definitely make you feel very welcome. They put your mind at ease, explain visits and procedures from start to finish. Always inquire if you have any questions.
Definitely recommend for your dental needs!

I was a first time Patient at Aspen Dental. I came in with a severe toothache.
I had an x-ray done, she was very nice and made sure she didn't cause me anymore pain.
Dr. Norris went over my x-ray and told me everything that was going on with my teeth. I told Dr. Norris the one tooth that was causing me a lot of pain.
He agreed that the tooth has to come out. He numbed that area of my mouth. Stephanie went over my paperwork to reinsure me not to worry, everything is going to be fine. Dr Norris came back in and told me to let him know if I feel any pain. The next thing I know the tooth was out and I felt no pain and did not need stitches. Now 2 days later still no pain and no swelling. I walked out of Aspen Dental very happy.

This place is nothing but a scam all they want is money! My insurance has been waiting since February for them to send X-rays so my claim can be processed and all they keep saying is that it goes through the billing department and when u ask to talk to a supervisor “Joe” he’s always in a consultation! My insurance even called them to ask for their billing number and they said they don’t have it! None of it makes sense so therefore my insurance is looking into opening an investigation because even they said they are trying to scam! I’ve even tried calling their customer service number and it’s just a recording and then hangs up on you! I would never recommend this place

The experience was awesome from start to finish. They was able to get me in for an appointment and verify my insurance the same day. Out of pocket expense was fairly reasonable. Kelly who performed my cleaning, reassured and made sure I was very comfortable. We had a lot of laughs and she provided a high level of service. Everyone again was just awesome and my teeth look great.

I came in with a serious infection on my root canal from another doctor office and was in serious pain they took excellent care of my and stopped my pain and pulled the infected tooth the staff were amazing I will now be going back for all my dental needs and the doctor was awesome he explained everything to me and treated my problem now just waiting to heal up so I can get my implant I would highly recommend them and I did too 2 coworkers

I usually don’t leave reviews but this has by far been the worst dentistry experience I’ve had. There has been a lack of regard for my overall care since I started my Invisalign journey. Firstly, I had to get scanned 3 times because they kept losing my file. When they finally hit with the program, I had to deal with one of the dentists violently injecting me with no regard for my feeling or comfort. I was in so much pain and he did not care. Every time I go in, I am treated as if I am inconveniencing every and being rushed out. When I finally got my Invisalign removed, there were remnants of the buttons left on my teeth. The receptionists rarely know what’s happening. Please DO NOT go to this location if you want to experience care.

I would like to thank you for being so kind and understanding about my financial situation. You treated me with kindness and compassion from the moment I walked in the door! You were able to see how much it means to me to be rid of the pain I experience with my teeth. Soon I will be able to be proud to smile and feel confident again! God bless you all 🙂!!

I continuously get charged for services I never received and each time I have to call and they verify that I never received the services at my appointment...so I'm not understanding why they continue to bill me for them. It's a inconvenience and waste of my time. For some who don't pay attention to the bill and just pay it Aspen is getting over and scheming ppl out of money. I've never liked their billing practices. I've been waiting 2wks for a call back to clear up this bill but they never answer the phones or call back.

Had to do another visit to correct my bridge and I am totally satisfied with the outcome. It was handled immediately. The staff is friendly and personable. One thing I love the most is I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. Me n my family will continue to patronize the Highland location.
