I needed quite a bit of dental work, three teeth came out, deep cleaning with root scaling, four fillings, two caps and a partial tooth bridge. Aspen scheduled me for two procedure per week and I was done with everything in two weeks. The two dentist's I had were very polite, quick and efficient. The dental hygienists that assisted the dentists were also compassionate and professional. All in all the experience was not awful. Going to the dentist for me is a white knuckled stressful visit and the Aspen group made it much more tolerable. I plan to follow up as instructed at Aspen Dental.

My appointment was for 11:30, I didn't even get called back until almost 1:00pm. I scheduled for a cleaning, however I did not get the cleaning that day. They did x-rays and exam and told me all the things I needed done; when I asked about the cleaning they said we can schedule you on another date. They were suppose to give me the print out of everything I needed done to my teeth and go over it; they had me wait in the lobby and after 30 minutes I just said I will get it on my next visit; by this time it was 2:30pm. So 3 hours and didn't even get the cleaning that I thought the appointment was for.

I was scheduled for the next day and was told I needed $150 at the time of the appointment, which is the amount my insurance did not cover. When I called initially to schedule my first appointment, I specifically asked if payment in full was due at the time of all procedures or do you allow payment plans; I was told that I would be able to make a payment plan. When I questioned this at the front desk, they said oh that was our call center and every office policy regarding payment is different. Well this should've been disclosed to me at that time so I could make an informed decision on my dental care. I basically had no choice because they had already done the x-rays and exam and my insurance would not pay for me to go to another dentist to have this done again.

Overall, they have not made a great first impression with me. I will say that the young lady (Tonya) that did my cleaning was very good and efficient. I'm still trying to decide if I want to return to this office for further procedures.

Up until yesterday I would have given this office 5 stars. They were courteous, friendly, and very professional. I have had fillings, periodontal work, and x rays done at this location, all to my satisfaction. Yesterday I arrived at 8 am for an 8:30 am appointment to have a wisdom tooth removed. My wife and I sat waiting for 90 minutes. No one greeted us, gave us any updates, or acted as if we were even there. When I did ask what was going on, the person I spoke to said I will go check. We ended up leaving without seeing anyone. You can have a great dentist, but if your front office is not doing their job, the entire business suffers. Shame on everyone that was working yesterday. You lost a patient.

Very professional with latest equipment. Kind and knowledgeable. No hidden fees. You know exactly how much before procedure. I had a fairly urgent emergency and they got me in early the next morning. Highly recommend!!! Very talented dentist!!!

Long wait time in the lobby on the day operation; I waited about 2 hours longer than my appointment time.

I had impacted wisdom teeth removed, which required an oral surgeon. Their surgeon only comes up from Indianapolis a couple of times per month so that explains the longer wait times.

With my dental insurance it wasn't that bad. The initial time I went to set up the operation went smoothly and fast enough.

Once I was taken back the doctor worked me through the steps first and then took me to the room where they performed the wisdom teeth removal.

I got an IV and knocked out and next thing I know it was done. Pretty quick. Got a couple of prescriptions and was driven home by my Mom.

The doctor left a voicemail that night checking up to make sure everything was fine.

Healed pretty well without any major complications.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, informative, and thorough in their work. This is one of the rare times that I felt happy leaving the dentist, as Kylee really made me feel like she cared about my teeth. Very positive experience that will motivate me to take better care of my teeth.

I went to Aspen Dental today for a tooth extraction and was of course nervous cause it was a new place for me and with Covid going around you want to be assured of a clean and disinfected place! So I definitely was watching to make sure gloves and mask were worn and how they were disinfecting. Monique was so friendly, professional and definitely put me at ease. She even stayed with me while I got the tooth pulled. She cleaned and sanitized right it front of me which was a plus!!! The staff I came across was wonderful. Dr Redmond explained everything while she was working on pulling my tooth and kept me PAIN FREE! It was funny cause as she was talking to me I was definitely looking her up on everything to make sure she had no bad reviews lol. She’s awesome in my book!!I have finally found my dentist home!

The experience from the beginning was wonderful. I was thanked for chosing Aspen with a phone call. I recieved a reminder call and I was greeted with open arms. The staff was fully knowledgeable during the visit and I was pleased with that. Unfortunately, when it came to the treatment plan explained to me I wasn't to thrilled. Not about the price, I have excellent insurance, but the way it was presented to me. I felt like I was buying a car and it shifted my mood. I understand everyone has a job to do but that was the only quirk. I am still on the fence about coming back but your staff during my visit dealing with my teeth was wonderful.
