Well organized system of operations. Was very quick in tooth extraction. The only issue I have is I was quoted $141 for a tooth extraction without having insurance. I had 2 teeth extracted and the bill was $330. No other reasons for the increased charges on the bill.

As I was waiting to be called in for financing, I was talking to another customer who said he thought you were fair in your pricing because you charged him $150 each for extracting 2 teeth. When I was evaluated for my bill, I was going to have 7 teeth pulled and I was told $180 per tooth which is $30 more per tooth and you would think that because there were more teeth, there would be some kind of discount instead of an increase per tooth. That would be $1,260 just to get teeth pulled; plus, I was getting dentures, top and bottom, and I KNOW I can do better esewhere.

I went to get dentures big mistake I have been back 3 Times since I got my dentures. 38 mile round trip they have not been able to fix the problem they rush you out and make up a reason why you have to come back twice they told me the Doctor would be in to see me she never came in to see what the problem was they said I might need some implants that was never mentioned when I went to the consultation i can’t afford any implants. My third appointment I was a hour early and I was in the chair maybe 5 minutes and the Doctor was to busy to take a look. then one of the Other lady’s walked past my room and told the lady that was with me that she needed her help so out the door I go again nothing done again she made my fourth appointment for a reline don’t know what that’s going to do seeing how they just relined them the night before. I’m so discussed i’am thing about contacting a layer

I called around because my husband needed a wisdom tooth removed and I specifically asked if they had someone there or that they referred to for an extraction quick. (We had already gone somewhere and had it checked and had the cray done but they couldnt get him in for weeks and he was in alot of pain) They said they did and they could get him in that same day. So I made the appointment once they said they accepted our insurance and stopped calling places. We were there for almost 2 hours and all they did was more xrays and poked around his mouth causing more pain only to tell us that it would be over 500 with insurance (which was 200 more than without any insurance at other places) and they only did extractions every other week and it would be 2 weeks before he could even get it done. It was a complete waste of time and if I could give negative stars I would. Oh but they did tell us that they could do a deep cleaning and repair a cavity for an additional 500 with insurance. worse dental establishment I have ever experienced.

Everything was good. I had a tooth removed and have almost no pain or swelling. I haven't had to take anything but Advil b4 the numbing wore off. Everyone was nice and service was fast. I called and got in the next day as a new patient and was able to get my service done same visit. Thank you

I went to Aspen Dental for a small oral surgery with Dr. Brown and although the front desk staff can be a little rude at times, the rest of the staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Brown is very good about letting you know what’s expected and even gives you his cell phone number when you leave in case you have questions. I definitely recommend him and Aspen Dental.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all it's like an assembly line in there you start off with one person getting x rays then sat in a room for 10 minutes waiting for them to take me to the room where they counted my gums and told me I had no cavities. When I made my appt. I told them I wanted a cleaning but when I mentioned it they told me they would have to make sure they had time. Then they took me to the desk where I had to pay where my bill was 640$ because they added on thinks I never asked for such as an electric tooth brush and whitening. So I had to pay for my services before I even got them! Then I had my cleaning where she tore my gums up and chipped the concrete off my retainer. No one bothered to tell me and I didn't notice until the next day when I went to go floss. I called and they said that it wasn't like that when they cleaned my teeth. Ya sure bc I have the tools to chip it off at home. So now my bill is more expensive than it would have been if I would have just gone to see my regular dentist that has a lot better customer service and honesty. I will not be back and don't suggest anyone to go here!

After the horrible and rude visit in Merrillville, I went to the Aspen Dental in Highland. It was like night and day. Everyone in Highland is so wonderful and helpful. They helped me with my problem. I would send everyone to the Aspen Dental in Highland, they will take care of your right. Everyone couldn't have been nicer.
Thank you

Nice location. There was a bit of a wait, but staff was attentive. The experience was a bit overwhelming for a first visit(x-rays, gum disease screening/check, etc) but I appreciate the efforts and thoroughness. Be prepared to be pressured about payment options for future visits/work needed. Overall, not bad....I will return and recommend.
