Look, I want to leave a 5 star because the professional staff have been amazing. Dr. Redmond and Kelsey are fantastic and your DH/DAs are also wonderful and caring. When I had questions, they answered them and I appreciate it.

I'm leaving the 2 star review because your front desk needs better training and the behavior of the office manager, Michael, certain explains things. Dismissing a patient concerned with excessive amount of blood after a filling is not only a stupid move, but if there really is anything wrong, could be a very damaging move.

I recognize they are busy at year's end, but I'm not asking for a cleaning, I'm asking for a situation to be taken care of as soon as possible. Not opened on Tuesdays? Okay, can we try something else, I can wait a day or so. I would have been fine if they had the doc call me and walk me through some scenarios for home care to rule out other factors and answered any of my concerns. Being told, since I've never had fillings before, I don't know that bleeding is normal or that I should just swish with salt water is eye-rolling. 1) If bleeding is normal, then I need to be told that and 2) I paid 1300$ for someone with no medical training to tell me what I can get off of google as a solution? Lovely.

If this had happened I'd be fine. Dismissing people's fears about complications or reactions is why half this country fears the dentist and never goes. I doubt I'll waste my time with this branch for my cleaning in 6 months, which sucks because I really liked the professional staff. But if the issue with the front desk isn't resolved, then what is the point? They are called front line staff for a reason.

I had an appointment for 10am today, I was there at 15 minutes before. of course thee were people waiting before me. There were 6 people that came after me and they all were called before myself. I went up to the desk and asked what was going on and everyone had been called but myself. A few minutes a girl comes to the front and calls my name. I get to the room and she has to enter all of my information into the computer and the x ray room was not available. I got up and walked out!
Very unprofessional of an establishment such as this! For me to have to go up to the desk and ask whats going on and then have to sit and wait for the x ray room to become available! I will not never go back to Aspen. They better not charge my insurance either! No services! No Pay!

The hygienist Rachel is absolutely awesome with my son during every visit. All appointments are always booked during her availability. The staff there is also great. The receptionist is very patient answering every question asked of her knowledgeably and patiently.

Came in to schedule a cleaning and make a care plan, the staff is friendly and professional from the person at the front desk to the Dr. This was my first visit, as my regular dentist closed down during Covid and never reopened. I found my new home! Highly recommend!!

Very nice, high-tech office that needs a personal touch. In terms of their approach to treatment they seem thorough. They have every sort of equipment to make the job easier, but lack the type of friendly warmth a traditional dental office provides. The young lady at the front desk seemed apathetic.

I arrived on time for my appointment with the necessary paperwork completed, yet four patients that arrived after me were called to be seen before me. I waited more than thirty minutes with no explanation regarding why. I finally approached the desk and inquired regarding why I hadn't been called yet. Before I could finish my sentence, the receptionist(?) at the front desk quickly responded "you should be called next, she just took your paperwork."

I felt that not enough of an explanation was provided regarding what I should expect as a new patient. However, the young lady who took my x-rays DID explain what she was going to do before she did it.

I missed work to make the appointment and expected to get my teeth cleaned..I was told when I I met with the hygienist that would not be the case. I had to make another appointment (and miss work again) to have my teeth (deep) cleaned. All in all, I am willing to give them another opportunity. It's clear I am old school and they are "new school," everyone working in the office is relatively young...I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope that they will recognize that not all the patients they see will be millennials.

I had lost most of my teeth over the years due to having Crohn's disease and being on predison for over 30 years. Finally I decided to have the rest of them removed and go with a full set of new teeth . I was scared to death of the pain I would be in . But Dr. Ann was amazing!!!! I didn't feel a thing. Her assistant was amazing and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone. Dr. Ann .. Thank you.

I went in about a month ago because I chipped my tooth at work I was greeted with smiles
Dr Redmond I believe her name was took amazing care of me when fixing my tooth and was so nice
Also the hygienist Kylie is a sweetheart she cleaned and scaled my teeth extremely fast and made sure my needs were met. I felt like she actually cared about my mouth and give me substantial advice which I've been using since my appointment. All around great staff and the sweetest staff I've ever worked with I highly recommend this location

The customer service at this location is fine, however, the entire Aspen Dental organization is horrible because it operates with the focus so different than most dental offices. I went in with a broken tooth, expecting to be treated for that issue. The team insists on both, bite-wing and panoramic x-rays-unnecessary! At the end I was advised that the tooth would need to be extracted, which is what I expected. I would need to make an appointment to come in on the day the surgeon is in attendance. Each office uses a financial planner who creates a service plan including work non-related to the patient's problem. This office gave me a $10,000 plan which focused on everything but my problem.
I called today back today to make the appointment and to request pain medication to be phoned in to a pharmacy. I was asked to make a 50% deposit today for my portion minus insurance just to schedule! I have never heard of anything like this. I am sure this structure goes against the American Dental Association principles-to operate as car dealerships.
Go to your neighborhood dentist instead.

Called for an emergency visit for a tooth I needed extracted. I arrived on time. I was FINALLY able to get back there, had x rays done and Sat in a chair while the girls poked around in my mouth. Then the actual doctor came in and started doing the same. I asked why and told they were doing a comprehensive exam. This wasn't necessary since I only needed a specific tooth pulled. I said as much and the "doctor" left the room. I have already been there 2 HOURS and I wasn't any closer to getting this tooth pulled. I called another office WHILE sitting in AD chair. Not 1 person came in and explained anything to me. So I left and within the next hour or so..the tooth was FINALLY pulled. I will NEVER recommend Alpine Dental to anyone.
