We love Dr. KEETON! My 4 year old had to get 2 fillings in the back, and if anyone knows toddlers, it's HARD to get them to sit still for anything. The ped team put him at ease right away, and were PROS. They were playing games with him, and made everything that was happening understandable in toddler terms. These guys are seriously amazing at what they do. Thank you so much!

Haven't came to the dentist in years because I generally don't like to go to the dentist, but my experience today was great. Ana was my hygienist and she made the visit as comfortable as it could possibly be. Receptionist was also very friendly. The Dr was professional and proficient, telling me what work I need to get done and why. I will defiantly be coming back to complete all work I need done and possibly an invisalign consultation.

Front office was not friendly, xray had new person, took over 1hr, then was late and had to go straight to hygienist who was not friendly and didn't seem to care or take caution I had sensitive teeth! Then they were going to have me come back after lunch for dentist to see me? but she came in briefly to look....less then 5 minutes? then lunch??

It seems as though the pediatric dentist, Dr. Hanks is no longer at Hawaii Family Dental. He was AMAZING! The only one who we really liked. Don't waste your time or money here. They will also keep telling you there are more and more issues with your teeth, making you feel like you HAVE to get the work done. Seek a second opinion, otherwise you will end up spending thousands of dollars here. My daughter just got worked on and already lost her cap. Such a joke. The new pediatric dentist is awful and lacks compassion for children.
We will be looking for a new place as a family of 6!

Great experience with Dr. Edgar and the staff at the Lono St. office. The extraction was fairly painless and the staff very friendly and caring. A week later they got me in without an appointment because the tooth next to the one he extracted was bothering me. Excellent service.
