Hawaii Family Dental - Queen Kaahumanu Center

I had very good experiences at the Hawaii Family Dental Kahului. Thank you Dr. Maureen Rizk (DMD) , Edwin Julian (RDH) and the staffs for their time , kindness and good services.

Wow!!! This was the most amazing dental experience possible! The Dentist was so fun! My son loved it and so did I!! I Highly recommend this wonderful place!

Dr Edgar was fast and efficiently brutal on the enemies of good smiles; with cunning and vigor he shredded tartar and Cav Ity’s illogical raison d’etre, with precision and guile he sussed out his targets weak points and delivered his best attempt at a critical strike. Failure was an unfamiliar feeling, though the sinking feeling in the depths of his core, his innermost being he had felt once before, in the bad bad times. His brow dripping with perspiration, his pelvis starts to knot up, causing his focus to fail him but for a second, splitting the ham Ur he promised to refurbish and apply corrective measures on. He knew immediately that his ticket had been punched, he had never had a chance from the start. It was as if fate had loaded the die against him, the cruel mistress she had always been. Tears well in his ears, ringing goes off in his eyes, and he smells red. Is his sight failing him or is he seeing smells?

Luckily for him, SeauTawr a local magentag Hek Ler saw this coming and saved just the card for this. Tyr is finally repaid some kindness he hath shown IN THE PAST, IN THE FAR DISTANT PAST BEFORE HE LOST HIS WAY AHEM, and the low key oh G Crewlie remedies the sitch-e-asian.

I’m so impressed with the work Dr Ildy did on my fillings! I suffered from bad breath n never realized that replacing old fillings got rid of hidden areas for bacterial growth! No more bad breath!🙏😎

Everyone was really kind, all the staff is professional and nice, but they had us waiting 1.5 hours for a 7 minutes appointment. My daughter was very frustrated.

I have a wonderful experience with the dental hygienist he did a great job and very helpful and compassionate , he is very gentle but clean my teeth thoroughly. Thank you so much.

I felt that I was in good hands and they are all very professional. Although having work done on your teeth is challenging, they make the process enjoyable. I highly recommend them.

I think this place is so bad. They are not kind and they are very rude and they don't explain well about your teeth and how much you should pay. If you pay in cash or without any dental insurance, this is not place to come for your teeth. I had bad experience at this Hawaii Family Dental. It is not family dental it is totally money dental place.

While my appoinrment with Dr. Matsumoto was a very pleaasant experience. The wait was not. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 am and i wasn't called until 9:15. On top of having to wait 45 minutes it was FREEZING! By the time i was seated in the exam room i was so cold i need a blanket to stop from shivering. I thought i had been prepared for the cold temprature by dressing in long pants, a jacket and shoes but i guess not. Even after i was seated in the exam room i still had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. I think i spent more time waiting and freezing than i did with the doctor.

I was planning on calling HFD on Oahu to show my deep appreciation for the dentist Risk and the tech Tanner Gould. Their professionalism and sincere care was exactly what a man with PTSD needed. I knew I was in good hands and that whatever needed to be accomplished at my appointment would be in the best way. It was so special how they both took ownership of my PTSD and did and said thinks to comfort me. I pray these two get recognized in the highest of commendations as they are superb representations of just how great HFD is. I am hoping HFD utilizes this comment and give it the recognition they deserve.

If HFD could be so kind as to drop me a line on the type and process of recognition these two received it would be most gracious

I do have to end this with one negative comment. My second time there and the same front counter person assisted me. Her name ERYKAH lacks serious customer service skills. Never giving eye contact, smiling, thanking you, your welcome, please.....NOTHING. She is definitely not a staff of HFD that is positive to see when first coming in to the facility and stepping up to her counter. I actually told her the first visit as I was leaving “you should of said thank you 5 times during our exchange.
