I am pleased with the service and friendly atmosphere.
It's usually a short wait time until my appointment which is much better than I've been experienced at other offices on the mainland.
I love the location where I can pick up produce on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and/or shop around. It's one of the main reasons why I chose this location. But it's the people in the office that makes all the difference.

The hygienist I had was very rough. I know it’s not easy to do there job but I felt my teeth was going to fall out. And I was getting poke so much on my gums. And it’s not healthy to swallow what is being clean but had no choice. She hardly shucked the water out of my mouth I had to choice to swallow the water myself. I swallowed so much water. Not happy. We had a bad experience in the past with a dentist at Hawaii Family Dental Kahului for my 6 year old who needed a procedure done. The dentist wasn’t patient and wasn’t at all concerned that my child was in distress. My 6 year old left that appointment physically exhausted from all the pain he experienced.
Since Covid we weren’t able to find another dentist that wasn’t booked months in advance. We were very hesitant to go back for his cleaning but I’m glad we did because it was a different dentist, Dr. Keeton. He interacted with my son in a playful and fun way on what he’ll be doing that day. He made it possible for my son to want to go back to the dentist again.
Today my son needed to get another procedure done and the experience was much more pleasant. Although he did feel some pain, Dr. Keeton was able to help keep his mind off the pain and my son wasn’t kicking and crying like the last procedure. I think Dr. Keeton did a wonderful job. His main focus was to ensure that my child was comfortable and that he would feel as little pain as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Keeton in Hawaii Family Dental Kahului.

Professional &,friendly,,no pain Root Canal by the most awesome guy ,Dr Wisotzky ! Crown prep in Kahului also excellent work.Super clean.They actually all made me laugh even when I was getting my root canal.I had no pain after and no infection. Highly recommend.

I really like coming here. My hygienist is Keith. He is very friendly and helpful. I can really tell that he does really care about my oral health. I also really like how they schedule your next appointment. You don't have to wait for them to call or send you a reminder in the mail. It is also very sweet of them to give out roses at the end of your visit. I recommend!

I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. The assistant was friendly, the dentist was compassionate and caring. The hygienist was fabulous!! She was gentle and caring and let me know everything that was going on.

Dr William Keeton, the current pediatric dentist, is UNBELIEVABLY amazing! We’ve never experienced such a jolly, kind, friendly, dentist before on this island. He takes the time make little ones feel so comfortable and he is so funny too! He sang and he played with my daughter, and she didn’t want to leave the dentist because of him. She will forever love the dentist because of Dr Keeton. It’s little interactions like this in a young child’s life that make such a great impact! I feel lucky to have him as our dentist and I hope with all of my heart that he stays with Hawaii family dental, because they are beyond lucky to have him!!
