Had 5 teeth removed getting ready for dentures on Tuesday, Friday night one tooth location very painful, part of the tooth or bone not sure what, is sticking out of gum sideways very painful. Requested an emergency appointment on Saturday. Was told next time I could get in is on Monday when I am not available, NO EMERGENCY ACCOMODATIONS OFFERED AS ADVERTISED others already have the appointment schedule all filled up. Poor service, lack of compassion, inadequate after care. NO EMERGENCY AFTERCARE am taking extra Tylenol to tolerate the pain of something cutting through my gums into my cheek.

Dr. Brian is awesome! Very knowledgeable and does excellent work. I am completely satisfied with his services. He also explains what he is doing as he goes so it is very reassuring. Mahalo Nui Dr. Brian!

Dr. Yunah Park and Elaena (I'm probably misspelling her name, sorry!) are the greatest dentist/dental team I've ever had! After dealing with dental problems since a child, other dentist were very discouraging and degrading, which lead to me avoiding the dentist all together. But after meeting Dr. Park & Elaena at the Queen Kaahumanu location, my teeth are free of pain I've suffered from for years and I feel better mentally after the hope and encouragement I've received from them. They're both very nurturing and thorough with their work and make the atmosphere light and easy going. Their support has lead me to starting a healthier lifestyle overall! I've only had 2 appointments at their office with other dentists, but still felt taken cared of and accepted. I recommend this office to everyone and will always be appreciative of Dr. Park & Elaena.

Waited over 30 min with no acknowledgement from anyone. I then asked the gal who brought people into the office (who was not. Friendly person), “Could you check on me please? I’ve now been waiting over 30 min”. Long story short, she went and checked and came back and said it would be longer so I says, “how much longer? Because I can’t wait another 30 minutes”? She disappeared and then came back and said maybe you should reschedule because the dentist had an emergency. And I says “who was going to say anything to me? I mean, if I didn’t say anything, I would just sit there for possibly an hour or maybe even two hours”? She just said “Yep”. Very condescending. Needless to say, I laughed, after paying $261, expecting to get a phone call of apology or acknowledgment for my inconvenience or maybe someone trying to reschedule me but so far nothing. I hired an employee at $200, so I could go to the dentist and I’m out of that money and I still have not heard from the Dennis nor have I got my tooth fixed. Very disappointing to say the least. I totally understand things happen, but this is just bad business. The staff there needs to knowledge people in the waiting room and how about give a call when something like this happens?? So frustrating.

I see Dr. Park and she is amazing! By far my favorite dentist I've ever had on Maui in 8 years, and I have had some good ones. The office is brand new and state of the art. Children can even watch cartoons during their appointment. I think I will ask if I can too next time I see Dr. Park! 🤗😃

I was a new patient and scheduled my exam a couple of weeks ahead of my arrival to Maui (I was working out of town and home for a short break). I made it clear I needed only a cleaning. Upon arrival I was charged for the cleaning. I was then taken back and given several X-rays of my teeth. This took about an hour due to glitches in the computer. Finally after the doctor arrived, she came in sounding rushed talking about how long her day has been and how she can’t wait to go home. She proceeded to examin my X-rays and pitched the idea of braces. I explained I was there for only a cleaning and wouldn’t be on island for very long. The dentist then told me, “I don’t do cleanings. You have to schedule an appointment with another dentist.”
I don’t know how things are run around there, but why would I be scheduled with a dentist who “doesn’t do cleanings” if that was my sole purpose for being there in the first place.
After 45 minutes waiting to schedule my next appointment for an actual cleaning- I was told my doctor would be on vacation for the next several weeks and didn’t have an availability during my time on Maui.

Complete waste of my time. Didn’t even bother to get refunded the co payment for cleaning I paid for. I would not recommend this facility.

I just had a cleaning with heaven at the Kahului office. She did an amazing job. I am satisfied how she clean my teeth. Definitely recommend her.

Also, Elena did a great job. Very friendly and sociable. I like the way she interact with patients.

Dr. Tom is simply the best. Thank you doc for helping me achieve a perfect smile.
