Dr Kelly Wojcicki is the best. She knew I was nervous and was great about calming me down. She was so patient with all of my questions. She is calm and knows what she’s doing. Great with the needle and instruments. Best dentist I’ve ever gone to. Thank you!!!

The service by the doctor and the technicians are really great - once you get on the chair. The reception is not friendly and the admin team can be slow. When you request for dental records it took me 2 months to get them, as they don’t check their email often.

Usually I'm happy with the work done here. I really like Dr. Ilde and her work. I recently had a cleaning and X-rays. This work was fine. I had 2 problems with the billing. I have a discount fee plan and for some reason, the front desk had trouble accessing my discount. So I paid full price knowing they would get the discount figured out. The first problem has now been figured out by a lot of phone calls - result, I'm getting my discount BUT the refund will take 2 MONTHS to reach me! This is ridiculous. The second problem was that they wanted to add on a charge that I had not agreed to (exam by the dentist) AFTER I'd already paid for my cleaning and x-rays. Finally the office manager said she'd wipe this from my bill. BUT when, at the end of many many phone calls, they told me what my discount was going to be, they added the extra charge back on. I may not return.

Hawaii Family Dental is amazing! At the first point of contact the front staff is Friendly and welcoming. It’s a great environment and also enough room in the waiting area to have seating 6ft apart for social distancing. My children see Dr. Benjamin Hanks, and he is just a delight ! He is always smiling and Engaging with my children making sure they are comfortable. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing and explains to you in terms you can understand. I am very pleased with Hawai’i Family Dental . Excellent family oriented dentist.

Came here for my 5 year old. It was his first time to the dentist. Check in experience was welcoming. Nice check in lady. I’m just blown away with the kids part of this dental office. The staff or assistants are amazing with the kids. They answer any questions or concerns for the parent and child. My son loved his doctor as well! Dr. Keeton is the best! Sad to hear he’s leaving! But we’re happy we got to see him for my sons first experience at the dentist. After appointment financing went well. Whole experience went smooth. Would recommend.

The staff is personable and professional and my appointments always ran on time. I was in need of extensive work and found Dr. Rizk to be a God send. I doubt you can find a more competent and compassion dentist around. I also recommend purchasing their annual dental plan. Will save you a ton $ if you need a lot of work done.
