I have never been so frustrated with the dental office as yours. Before Covid you wanted to rush me into Lono office to make sure that I didn’t have an infection. On the day of my visit they canceled because of Covid. I have never received a call since, and I called to cancel this one because I was on a 14 day quarantine. The man that I talked to Said his supervisor would call me. That never happened. Now I’m getting this thank you for visiting your office which I haven’t been in. Doesn’t sound like your crew had got it together.

I used to hate the dentist but these guys really make it a pleasant experience. They gave me an app within 24 hours bc my wisdom tooth was bothering me and they did the extraction during my visit in less than an hour. To top it all off, they give out roses on the way out. Top experience

Had a dental emergency. Reception was wonderful working with me to get me in to see my doctor or schedule an appointment if unsuccessful. Got in to see doctor and he fixed me up quickly. Couldn't have asked for more. This is a terrific organization...friendly and accommodating, not only in emergencies, but in routine procedures also. Can't be beat, the best!!

Waited almost 2 hours, they could not tell me how much longer I had to wait. I had to wait over 2 months for this appt. Rescheduled for the next day, because it didnt seem likely that I would be seen soon.
So here I am waiting again.

They are Amazing. The orthodontist (Dr Edgar) was amazing, very friendly, and easy to talk with.
They were able to get her surgery done same day, and she was out of there in less than an hour. The procedure went great, and recovery has been really good. I highly recommend Hawaii family dental centers and Dr Edgar.
