Hawaii Family Dental - Queen Kaahumanu Center

I love their professional and caring service. From receptionists to the Doctors everyone tries very hard to provide excellent dental care. I especially liked my hygenist Edwin. And Dr. Ildy took great care to extract my tooth in a way that helped me remain comfortable during the whole process. She and her assistant were wonderful. I highly recommend this company.

Hawaii Family Dental @ Queen Kaahumanu Center. Our Family had a last minute request for dental. They worked around our schedule and was able to see the Dentist in a couple days. With outstanding customer service Front desk agent Ashley Yap help us with a great attitude with the whole process. And went above and beyond with getting a signed Dentist note for School. Mahalo nui Ashley!!!

Landed in Maui with a cracked tooth and experiencing extreme pain, Hawaii family Dentistry handled my situation with the upmost professionalism. Great front staff and Doctor Cassandra did a incredible job removing a very stubborn tooth. I would recommend this clinic for all your needs. Scheduled or emergency.

My visit July 5 was very short - just a 3 month checkup on progress of my Invisalign and to pickup next series of retainers. Everyone at Hawaii Family Dental is ALWAYS very friendly an efficient! At age 82 I've had my share of good and bad dental experiences but when there's been a problem I've tried to work it out until i just had to change. In almost a decade I've never had a problem with Hawaii Family Dental!

Haven't gone to the dentist in ages... that doesn't mean I haven't been taking care of my teeth, just not as good as I should have. Thought my condition was okay, figured it's about time to get my teeth extra clean, but they showed me some serious stuff that I need to be concerned about. Had to do a deep cleaning, it wasn't so bad.
My 1st visit to a dentist and they made my visit comfortable. My dentist was Edwin Julian. He's professional, helpful and kind.
Overall, so far so good.

I am SO glad I found Hawaii Family Dental. I feel really comfortable there knowing I have the highest professional care. My hygienist, Shelbi is the most caring technician, who is SO gentle and efficient with my cleaning, offering advice as to future care. She is personable and a delight to visit

My grandson lost his retainer. We immediately called to either have them order another or get him in if needed in order to get a new one. They could not see him for three weeks. I asked if the retainer could be ordered in the mean time, they said no. I asked if we could be called if there was a cancellation, they said yes. Without the retainer his teeth started to shift back. I was not called for any cancellations, so our appointment came, we went in, he saw the dental tech for a whole 5 minutes after which we were told we would need to pay $600+ to replace the retainer, (ok i get that, we lost it we need to pay to have it replaced) Here are my issues: They could not fit him in any time with in that 3 weeks for a 5 minute appointment, they could not just order the retainer (but that is all they did at this appointment). The appointment, which I left work for was a waist of our time. His teeth have shifted, which we told them but they were unconcerned. Hopefully the new retainer fits. My confidence in Hawaii Family Dental is very low right now, this was not good service.

From the front desk to the dentist everyone was very professional. I called in to schedule an appointment and they got me in within a few days for a limited exam and X-ray. I also scheduled a full mouth X-ray, exam and cleaning however, I couldn’t get seen for that appointment for about a month.

At the limited exam and X-ray appointment I had Betsy as the assistant/tech and Dr.Adamchuk as the Dentist. They both had a very professional demeanor and would explain everything they were doing along the way. They were also very personable, easy to talk to, and made me feel at ease. I enjoyed the reggae music Betsy played to pass the time as I waited in the chair for Dr. Adamchuk as he was serving other patients. I appreciate the judgement free atmosphere I received during my appointment as well. Dr. Adamchuk was very courteous in explaining in a way that easy to understand the treatment I was receiving. I believe that the team I had today at my appointment upheld themselves to high standards and I am very impressed with the outcome.

my dentist is the best ever , I came in because my temp crown was sore and my bottom gums too and the ladies who schedule got me in and this isnt the first time. my experience is always great my dentist did his work and im very happy thank you nani and ladies for all your help and my dentist you know who you are thank you for you and your amazing team.
