It was an overall good customer service starting from the entrance to exit experience. I love how the dentist listens to what I want to do on my teeth but never fails to offer me the best options. I called on Saturday Morning with severe dental pain and within an hour an a half i was being seen by Dr. Adamchuk. Within a few more hours i was on my way to recovery. Very grateful and highly recommended, everyone at the office couldn't have been nicer or more professional. While it's never fun to go to the dentist, they made the experience a lot less painful.

My daughter went in for a routine procedure and procedure went as expected. The dentist that we usually see is no longer there and she saw someone else which is not a bad thing but we were not notified and that would have been nice. We also had to wait 45 minutes to be seen which was unexceptable! I think that peoples time should be seen as important especially when you have an appointment. I expect to be seen on time( I would say at least within 20 min) or at least told what is happening so I could have made other arrangements.
